Let’s start by breaking away from the traditional triangle shape. Instead, envision your mountains with ridge lines that give them depth and character. Begin by sketching a series of sharp, angular lines to create a more natural look. These lines will form the peaks and valleys, making your mountains feel alive and dynamic.

Now, let’s focus on the central ridge line. This is where you can really add some flair! Draw a sharp, angled line that captures the essence of a mountain’s grandeur. It’s all about creating that sense of movement and drama. 

Next, we need to consider the light source. With the sun shining from the right side, the shadows will naturally fall on the left. Start by adding a medium shadow to the left side of your mountains. This will give them a solid foundation and a sense of realism. To enhance this effect, darken the left side of the central ridge line and the outer edges of the mountain. This contrast will make your drawing pop!
